Personal data processing principles

The controller of personal data is ikonPlast s.r.o., with its registered office at Vrchlického 4162, 58001, Havlíčkův Brod, ID No.: 05587280, registered in the public register kept at the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, File No. C 38238 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

The Controller processes the following personal data of the personal data subjects hereinafter referred to as ("Subject").

  • Name and surname
  • Billing and delivery details
  • Telephone number
  • e-mail and postal correspondence

This personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling a contract arising from the purchase of goods on the cenovky.cz e-shop.

The processing period of personal data of each Subject is a maximum of 3 years.

The administrator stores personal data in the administration of the e-shop. Furthermore, this data is stored on the servers of XART s.r.o. The stored personal data is secured by means of a two-phase login to the e-shop administration, SSL certificate.

Access to personal data is granted to employees of ikonPlast s.r.o. All persons have been instructed on the handling of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Furthermore, personal data is available to the processors of personal data - XART s.r.o. and PPL, only for the purposes set out in the processing agreements.

As a Personal Data Subject, please note that you have the following rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

  • The right to modify personal data
  • The right to restrict the processing of personal data
  • Right to portability of personal data
  • The right to erasure of personal data

Disclosure of data to third parties
We use all personal data collected from customers exclusively for our own internal use, protect it from misuse and never provide it to third parties without prior notice or your consent.

The exceptions to the above are external companies and collaborators who provide service and support services for us (e.g. transport of goods, payment processing, website development) and public/government authorities in accordance with legal regulations. We may or must provide your personal data to these companies directly, but we will do so to the minimum extent necessary to ensure the smooth processing of your order or to ensure the functionality of the company's website and to improve the purchasing process.
